Kaustubh is the Managing Director of Astranova Consultancy, with over four years of hands-on experience in public relations and political consulting. He has successfully led and executed multiple on-ground political campaigns and outreach projects across key regions in India, including Delhi, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, and Rajasthan.

Ankur is the CEO of Astranova Consultancy, with over five years of experience in political campaign management, research, data analysis, and public relations. He began his journey in the political consulting space as a Research Intern in 2020, steadily building hands-on expertise across strategy, ground operations, and digital execution.
He brings strong analytical depth to campaign planning and voter outreach. He has worked extensively across multiple Indian states, including Jharkhand, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar, Delhi, and Haryana, leading research-driven initiatives and managing complex on-ground and digital campaigns.

Sushant Malhotra serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Astranova Consultancy, where he leads and manages end-to-end project execution and ground operations, with a strong focus on political campaigns. With over 8 years of experience, he specializes in team leadership, on-ground strategy implementation, and ensuring seamless coordination to deliver impactful results.

Maahi Singh is a senior correspondent known for her sharp reporting and in-depth coverage of current affairs. Alongside her journalistic work, she has built a strong digital presence, with over 100 million views on her Instagram page, reflecting her wide reach and influence. Her ability to connect with audiences both on the ground and online makes her a powerful voice in modern media
